Ancient Israel (Land of Hebrews)

Israel was once one of the world's oldest civilizations, and today it is a small modern country.  The ancient Hebrews first lived in Israel during ancient times, and they were also called Jews.  The purpose of this unit is to gain an understanding of Judaism, the Jewish culture, and the history of Israel.
